Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 12pm (midday) on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm, or at weekends and on bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery times
We send every order with Royal Mail or Evri, and orders typically arrive within 48 hours of dispatch.
Please note this is a working-day estimate rather than a guarantee. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands can take a little longer, and delivery can occasionally be delayed by weather, courier backlogs or other things outside our control.

Free delivery is a subscription benefit. One-off orders are charged at the standard rate shown at checkout.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders are dispatched automatically every 30 days, so you shouldn't run out. We'll email you before each renewal.
If something goes wrong
If your order hasn't arrived within [7] working days of dispatch, email us at hello@getpapilio.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll happily resend it, but we may need to charge for the second delivery.
